Autumn Layering For You
So
now that autumn is upon us you must be looking for men's apparelonline. The thought to buy men’s tees online or invest in some nice
sweaters or jackets must have caught your attention. But we often
make this same mistake again and again and then regret it later. We
like to shop no doubt but we don’t realize the importance of
layering and mixing and matching the pieces of clothing we have.
Now
before you go splurging on the latest hoodies for men online or empty
your wallet on the most extravagant women's apparel online, let’s
understand autumn
layering.How
will you pair up your different pieces of apparels with one another
to create a unique look this autumn? More importantly, how will you
keep yourself warm without coming across as wearing too many clothes
when you already know that it is always better to be overdressed
rather than underdressed? I know these statements are contradictory
but you just have to find a balance between the two.
Remember
as the summer days are caving in and giving way to autumn, the
temperature starts to drop, and then the next big change that you see
in your daily routine apart from the relentless lethargy that doesn’t
budge when you wake up is the inability to choose an outfit. Yeah, as
if the laziness that slowly creeps in wasn’t enough to make your
life miserable!
Understanding
Autumn Layering
You
need to understand the basics of autumn season layering carefully and
start by picking the base layer which is the most important. Make it
a point to always choose a lightweight and breathable fabric. These
clothes or shirts will go under your other thick garments. Choose
t-shirts made of fabrics such as cotton or linen or Merino wool.
These fabrics readily absorb moisture and regulate your body
temperature. You will be comfortable throughout the day and very much
capable of adding the next layers of clothing to your attire.
Then
comes the mid-layer which will be the garment that is most likely to
be visible throughout the day. So you can choose denim,
military-inspired self texture or printed or plain shirts or
something made of corduroy probably. The outerwear could be a heavy
parka or a jacket or a pullover anorak. The choices are endless.
